Creation Entertainment Store is committed to your satisfaction, allowing returns on most merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all authentic packaging and tags provided at the time of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the assigned RA number on the outside of the shipping box to ensure efficient processing.
Ship the Item
Send your return package through a trackable shipping service of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
